In a year in which the world was forced to reinvent and adapt day-to-day and working methods, innovation has taken on importance like never before. In 2020, the IN3 + Award is even more relevant for contributing to the discovery of the people and institutions that work every day to make our country a pioneer in innovation, teaching, and science, the three areas where we stand out.<\/strong><\/p>\nApplications for the 3rd Edition were successfully closed. We had 87 participants from more than 30 different entities, including universities, research centers, companies, and startups from north to south of the country and, this year, for the first time, internationally. We thus registered a 163% increase in applications compared to the previous edition, which only shows that, despite the adversities, there are many projects to be developed that just need to be supported and have the incentives to become true.<\/strong><\/p>\nThis edition attracted the interest of 27 entities that joined the INCM Innovation Network, which currently has 52 partners contributing to the best of what is done in Portugal, in the area of \u200b\u200binnovation. This network aims to support the development of R&D projects and new solutions in several areas of INCM’s performance.<\/p>\n
Applications will now be evaluated by the members of the jury, according to the defined criteria. INCM wants to thank all the participants of this 3rd edition and welcomes all new partners. We believe that together we will develop ideas that change the world.<\/p>\n

The IN3+ Award is a research, development, and innovation platform promoted by INCM – Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda with the ambition to support new ideas and projects, nationally and internationally.
